Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags).
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at store@rsservices.partners. A refund will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. They may use any shipping provider of their choice, or we can provide a return shipping label, for which the customer will be responsible for the cost. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will reimburse the shipping cost once the item has been received and inspected.
- No returns on items marked as Final Sale
Important Notes:
- All returns must be authorized before sending the item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
